Office Space

A couple weeks ago I got this desk from Crate and Barrel:

My bedroom didn't have much wall space left for a desk, but I knew I wanted something to have for extra storage, and for a place I could sit down with my computer and work on things without having to be on my couch. I ordered the middle desk set and then one of the shelves on either side of the picture above {a smaller version} so mine's not quite that expansive but perfect for my little one bedroom apartment. I put the desk up but I'm still waiting for my wireless router {don't get me started on comcast} so that I can use my computer there. For now, I've just been daydreaming of how I can decorate all those great shelves! I'm looking at other home office and desk spaces for inspiration. I like a clean white look with pops of color like fresh flowers, bright glass jars, and unique picture frames. Here are some spaces I like...

All these are so great and now I'm on the hunt. I need to find some personal touches to add to my desk that will give it a little decorative flair. Decisions, decisions! {But one thing's for sure, there will definitely be fresh flowers involved - especially with Spring just around the corner!}
